Pembuatan Paspor Online

Saat ini pengajuan pembuatan paspor (passport) dapat dilakukan secara online. Secara singkat langkah-langkahnya sebagai berikut.

Pengajuan Permohonan Online

mengakses website direktorat imigrasi di http://www.imigrasi.go.id/
pilih menu Layanan Publik, selanjutnya pilih menu Layanan Paspor Online. Setelah memilih menu tersebut maka Anda akan menuju halaman pengajuan pemohonan di http://ipass.imigrasi.go.id:8080/xpasinet/faces/InetMenu.jsp
isi informasi pribadi yang diminta dan pilihan Kanim (kantor imigrasi) yang diinginkan
Selanjutnya Anda akan mendapatkan email konfirmasi. Pada email tersebut akan ada keterangan apakah Anda harus langsung membayar biaya pembuatan paspor atau tidak. Untuk Kanim I Bandung saya diminta mentransfer biaya terlebih dahulu sebelum dapat meneruskan ke langkah selanjutnya. Biaya dibayar dengan transfer ke bank BNI via teller dengan membawa print-out surat pengantar yang ada pada email yang kita terima. BNI akan memberikan dua lembar bukti pembayaran.
Setelah membayar Anda dapat melanjutkan ke langkah selanjutnya dengan memilih link yang tertera pada email yang telah kita terima sebelumnya.

Persyaratan minimal adalah KTP yang masih berlaku, Kartu Keluarga, dan Akte Kelahiran. Scan ketiga berkas tersebut kemudian upload sebagai persyaratan pengajuan permohonan online.

Setelah pendaftaran online selesai, Anda akan mendapat email konfirmasi disertai dokumen pengajuan permohonan yang harus Anda cetak dan dibawa pada saat datang ke Kanim.

kelengkapan yang harus Anda bawa adalah dokumen persyaratan asli, kopi dokumen persyaratan, print-out bukti pendaftaran online, dan bukti pembayaran ke BNI.
Jika ingin mendapatkan nomor antrian awal maka datanglah ke Kanim pagi hari. Nomor antrian dapat diambil sejak jam 7 pagi. Sementara loket pendaftaran buka jam setengah 8 pagi. Pengambilan nomor antrian pendaftar online berbeda dengan pendaftar biasa.
Pada saat mengambil nomor antrian Anda juga akan diberi map berwarna kuning yang berisi formulir pernyataan bermaterai dan formulir data pribadi. Siapakan materai dan pulpen hitam sebelum datang ke Kanim.
Jika mendapat nomor-nomor awal, misal nomor belasan, biasanya Anda hanya menunggu sebentar sekitar setengah jam sebelum sampai pada giliran Anda untuk wanwancara.
Jika Anda mahasiswa jangan lupa membawa KTM (disertai kopiannya lebih baik). Jika Anda karyawan bawalah surat pengantar dari kantor atau dokumen lain yang dirasa perlu.

Pengambilan Paspor

Paspor dapat selesai 4 hari setelah pengajuan.
Kembali ke kantor imigrasi, ambil nomor antrian khusus pengambilan paspor. Jika di Kanim I Bandung maka loket pengambilan paspor adalah loket 5.
Saat tiba nomor giliran Anda, petugas loket akan meminta slip pengambilan, bukti trasnfer, dan nomor antrian Anda.
Setelah itu Anda diminta menunggu nama Anda dipanggil untuk mengambil paspor.

Proses pembuatan paspor di Kanim 1 Bandung menurut saya cukup baik. Namun saya merasa 2 petugas yang ditempatkan pada loket pengambilan paspor terlalu sedikit dan lambat. Lebih baik 5 atau lebih karena untuk mengambil paspor saja saya perlu menunggu 2,5 jam padahal nomor antrian saya masih 50-an dan waktu saya untuk menerima paspor dari petugas di loket sebenarnya hanya kurang dari 1 menit.

Although I typically deploy my development environment or experimental services on UpCloud , I do not always stay updated on its announcements. Recently, I discovered that UpCloud has introduced a new plan called the Essentials plan, which enables certain cloud services to be deployed at no cost. The complimentary services are generally associated with network components or serve as the foundation for other cloud services. This feature is particularly useful when retaining foundational services, such as a load balancer, is necessary, while tearing down all services and reconfiguring the DNS and other application settings each time we temporarily clean up infrastructure to reduce costs is undesirable.
